$150 for the whole day

Join us for a Rejuvenating and Fun 1 Day Women's Retreat at 7GEN Wellness Center where we will create a safe space for healing , self discovery , and connection . Immerse yourself in several Transformative experiences designed for you to Ground , Unwind from daily stress , Release Negative Emotions , Learn holistic tools for healing , Connect with new people and build bonds of friendship and sisterhood , etc ...

Through : Yoga , Meditation , Breathwork , Dance , Journaling , Clean Eating , Plant Medicine , Sound Healing , Thai Massage , Socializing and Reflection.

This day is all about embracing your truth and life purpose , Celebrating Women , and nurturing your spirit . Whether you seek ; Healing , Connection , Spiritual Guidance or just a break from the chaotic world we navigate through , this retreat is for you !

The Sacred Rest Retreat is a physical space and container held over the course of 3 days and 2 nights at Hiyuumtipin Lake in partnership with the After School Education Program’s Culture Camp. The intention behind the Sacred Rest Retreat is to be held and sit in the energy of receiving. Together we will explore our lives, come into presence, and envision a healed future for our legacy and generations to come. This retreat is targeted toward women of the CTUIR community and other PNW Tribes and therefore will prioritize participants in this field.
