Our Mission

Native Women’s Wellness Movement LLC supports intergenerational healing through Indigenous, matriarchal-led practices that restore inner peace, nourishment, healthy relationships, and purpose. We work to strengthen families and communities by centering Indigenous women while remaining in service to the whole family.

Our Vision

We envision a world where Indigenous wellness is accessible, culturally rooted, and lived daily. A world where spirituality, rest, and relational care are recognized as essential foundations of community health—and where Indigenous women are supported as the heart of thriving families and communities.

OUR APPROACH

Matriarchal Leadership & Upstream Healing

Native Women’s Wellness Movement operates from a matriarchal framework, recognizing Indigenous women—especially mothers—as wisdom keepers, life-givers, and anchors of community well-being. By supporting women, we strengthen entire family systems.

Our work follows an upstream, prevention-based public health model. Rather than responding only to crisis, we focus on restoring balance, access, and care before harm occurs. This approach weaves together Indigenous knowledge, embodied practice, and community-informed systems of support.
