Core Facilitation Offerings

2-Hour Session

Investment: $600

A focused introduction or refresher experience rooted in Coming Back to the Heart (CBTH), supporting stress regulation, presence, and reconnection to the body and heart.

Includes:

  • CBTH teaching aligned with one or more NWWM pillars

  • Guided breathwork or meditation

  • Reflection and integration practice

Best For:

  • Women’s Care gatherings

  • Community wellness events

  • Sacred Rest retreats (intro or closing sessions)

Full-Day Session (6 hours)

Investment: $1,800

A deeper immersion into Coming Back to the Heart, exploring stress management and intergenerational healing through all four NWWM pillars.

Includes:

  • Full CBTH curriculum delivery (adapted for one day)

  • Multiple breathwork and meditation practices

  • Group discussion, reflection, and embodiment

  • Practical tools participants can take home

Two-Day Immersion

A comprehensive delivery of Coming Back to the Heart: A Stress Management Curriculum, offering space for deep rest, integration, and sustainable change.
